Aerobics Class Description
CARDIO CONDITIONING: (Essex) Series of cardio activities used to get the heart rate up. Endurance training.
CORE CONDITIONING: (Both) Abdominal exercises incorporating the resist-a-ball and other tools.
GREAT BALLS OF FIRE: (Belle River) A fabulous workout using resist-a-balls, tubing, weights, body bars, and your own body! Fun for ALL, lets have a BALL!
HardCore: (Belle River & Essex) A great workout for your "Core". You will strengthen your abs, back, and tone your arms & legs. This is a great class for both men and women, as there is no aerobic co-ordination required.
INTERVAL: (Essex) A heart pumping cardio workout combining sculpting moves, in 10-15 minute intervals.
FITNESS KICKBOXING: The most challenging hour you will have!!! Incorporate punches, jabs, kicks and snaps while burning more calories than you can imagine. You will build your self-confidence and gain strength and endurance once your 6 week program is completed! Don't miss out!
NEW BODY: (Both) Low Impact aerobics using light weights. A great sweat!
MUSCLE CONDITIONING: (Essex) A great muscle tightening, calorie burning workout which combines weights, resist-a-balls, cords etc. This is a non cardio workout.
PILATES AND BEYOND: (Both) Pilates using weights, cords, elastics, and resist-a-balls.
STEPTACULAR: A step class created for all! Combining cardio with body sculpting, using hand weights, body bars and resistance tubing.
STEP N' SCULPT: (Both) A great way to begin your Sunday! With a fabulous cardio workout followed by sculpting and toning your body with weight, cords, bars, etc...
STRIPPERCISE:(Belle River & Essex) Come and let loose with this sexy and exciting workout for women ONLY! All ages & sizes welcome!!!
SUPERSWEAT: (Belle River) A high energy workout with low impact modifications given. Optional use of hands.
WEEKEND WARRIOR: (Essex) Instructors choice. (ex: step interval, regular step, cardio intervals)
YOGA: (Belle River) Slow stretches, poses concentrating on your entire body and breathing.
YOGAFIT: (Essex) ALL levels are invited to challenge the mind and body. 1 hour of stretching, strengthening, and balancing poses. Learn deep breathing and enjoy the relaxation you will experience.
