* INTRODUCTORY TO EQUIPMENT SESSION: 
        
      Spend 45 minutes to an hour with a personal trainer.  You will be shown a variety of equipment; the proper use, your proper form, and a basic routine to maximize your workout.
  A great way to get aquainted with our equipment,
amenities, classes, resources and the club itself.
Experience it with a Beach Walk staff member.
